Lead Times

  • LUMITURE & hybrid island designs are shipped within 20 working days of receiving a written purchase order and required deposit
  • Add 2 days for preview (22 days)
  • LUMINENTS standard linear designs ship in 10 working days*
  • AIR LUMINENTS designs ship in 5 working days
  • Expedited shipments are subject to a 15% rush charge

    *    Graphics with proof require 10 days production from receipt of final artwork. 
    **  Graphics for AIR LUMINENTS without proof require 5 days production from the time of receiving final artwork. Add 2 days if a proof is required

Hold Period

Buy-out rental items (hanging signs, double decks, etc.) are available on a “first come, first served” basis.  Components are held for 48 hours with no obligation.  Thereafter, components are subject to being reserved for other projects.
