For Dallas shows, ​inline booths (10x10 or 10x20) typically need 5 to 10 weeks of lead time. Small islands take about 6 to 12 weeks, and large islands require 8 to 16 weeks. This timeline covers everything from design and fabrication to graphics and shipping. Getting started ahead of schedule helps you avoid rush fees and ensures your build has the space it needs to come together smoothly.

​Absolutely. We welcome visitors to our Dallas facility Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM. It is well-connected with major highways, providing easy access to Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Schedule a visit in advance, and we’ll walk you through the production floor so you can see our booths in progress.

Our Dallas rental packages are all-inclusive. We handle design, fabrication, graphics printing, flooring, furniture, hanging signs, AV, shipping, pre-build, installation, dismantling, and on-site supervision - so you can focus on your show, not the logistics.

For Dallas, rental pricing starts at $12,850 for a 10x20 and $30,800 for a 30x30. Your final cost depends on booth size, custom design, graphics, AV, furniture, flooring, structural elements, logistics, installation, dismantle, and venue services. We’ll walk you through every detail so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes. We handle all paperwork for EACs, insurance, technical drawings, and coordination. We also order show services like electrical, cleaning, Wi-Fi, rigging, and material handling on your behalf. You simply pay the service providers directly at actuals.

Dallas venues, including the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, do not require union labor for installation and dismantling. However, utilities, rigging, internet, and material handling are managed through the venue’s approved providers and your general service contractor. Our team coordinates all labor, service orders, and on-site communication to keep your setup on track and stress-free.
