Our APTAtech rental packages include design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, AV, shipping, installation, dismantling, and project management. Additional costs paid directly to the show contractor typically cover drayage (material handling), on-site electrical, rigging (if required), internet, and cleaning. We manage all coordination and paperwork, while you pay the organizer with no added markup from our side.

For a custom rental build, a 10–14 week timeline is ideal for APTAtech 2026. Most experienced exhibitors begin planning 3–6 months in advance—especially for larger booths or events with tight move-in schedules. Faster timelines can be accommodated, depending on the design complexity, location, and level of customization needed.

APTAtech has height restrictions based on booth type—inline booths are usually limited to 8 feet, while island booths can extend higher with prior approval. We’re familiar with these guidelines and design your booth to the maximum permitted height from the outset, avoiding any last-minute changes during move-in.

Yes—but only if the booth was built by us, and this needs to be communicated in advance. If you’re renting, let us know which graphics you’d like to retain at the time of agreement so we can store them appropriately.
