Yes. The number and arrangement of cubes can be modified during the design phase to match your expected foot traffic and the kind of interactions you want in that zone.

+ Is the booth layout open or does it feel closed off?

It’s fully open to the aisle. Visitors can approach from anywhere along the 30-foot front and engage with whichever zone catches their attention first—seating cubes, meeting table, or reception counter.

+ Can multiple conversations happen at the same time without interfering with each other?

Yes. The seating cube zone, the central meeting area, and the reception counter each function independently. Your team can run a presentation, hold a sit-down, and greet new visitors simultaneously without overlap.

+ What's included in the overhead canopy — is the lighting built in?

Yes. The canopy comes with integrated spotlights that wash the backwall evenly. If you need accent lighting or specific color temperatures, we’ll build
that into the plan.

+ How does this booth help us prioritize high-value visitors?

The zoning does the work. Casual visitors browse the backwall and sit in the cube area. Serious prospects get pulled into the central meeting table. Your team can qualify and route people without awkward redirects.

+ How does the booth ship and install — do we need to manage any of that?

No. The rental includes shipping to and from the venue, professional installation and dismantle, and an on-site supervisor during setup. We also handle the show paperwork. You show up to a finished booth.

+ Can we change the colors and finishes to match our brand?

Yes. Everything you see — panel surfaces, graphic finishes, cube wraps, counter details — is fully customizable. This design is a starting point. We’ll match your palette and visual identity during the customization process.

+ What if our booth space is 10x20 instead of 10x30 — can this layout scale down?

It can. The zoning logic — seating cubes, dual screens, meeting area, counter — works at 10×20 by compressing or removing one zone. We’ll recommend what to keep and what to cut based on your show priorities.
