Your package includes booth design, structure, graphics, demo counters, lighting, and AV if required. It also covers shipping, installation, dismantle, and project management. Services like electrical, internet, and drayage are ordered separately through the show contractor.

We handle all scheduling based on the show’s move-in and move-out timelines. Your booth is installed within your assigned window and dismantled after the show without you needing to manage crews.

We coordinate electrical, drayage, and other required show services through Black Hat USA’s official vendors. Our team assists with the forms, deadlines, and service details, while you pay the vendor directly with no added charges from our side.

Look for in-house production, clear pricing, and experience with demo-heavy booths. Ask who manages your project, who is on-site during setup, and how issues are handled. These factors matter as much as design.

Your booth package covers design, build, graphics, shipping, and I&D. Additional costs come from the venue, such as drayage, electrical, and internet. These are billed directly by the show contractor, and we help you estimate them upfront.

Many companies exhibiting at Black Hat USA also participate in other cybersecurity events such as RSA Conference, DEF CON, and InfoSecurity North America. We can design and build booth rentals for these shows as well, while adapting the layout, graphics, and demo areas to fit each venue and audience.
