It depends on how you staff it. The open floor gives you room for two to three people to stand comfortably with a team member. It’s not a lounge — but it’s enough space to hold a focused conversation, qualify a lead, and hand off next steps.

Can the screen run a live demo or just looping content?

Either. You can connect a laptop and walk someone through a live product demo, or load pre-recorded content that runs on a loop when your team is between conversations.

Does the counter have storage for brochures and supplies?

Yes. The counter has an enclosed cabinet underneath, so you can keep materials, devices, or personal items out of sight and pull them out as needed.

How does the backwall wrap work — does it cover the sides too?

Yes. The graphic surface extends around both side returns, so your branding is visible even from an angle as attendees walk down the aisle.

Is there enough room for visitors to step inside without it feeling cramped?

Yes. The counter and screen are positioned against the backwall, leaving the full front area open. Visitors can step in naturally without bumping into furniture or feeling boxed in.

How does the booth ship and install — do we need to manage any of that?

No. The rental includes shipping to and from the venue, professional installation and dismantle, and an on-site supervisor during setup. We also handle the show paperwork. You show up to a finished booth.

Can we change the graphics, finishes, and layout to match our brand?

Yes. Everything you see — backwall graphics, counter wrap, screen placement — is fully customizable. This design is a starting point. We’ll match your visual identity during the customization process.

What if we want to add a second counter or a small table — is there room?

There is, but it’s a tradeoff. Adding furniture in a 10×10 eats into the open floor space that makes this layout approachable. We can help you decide what to add and what to skip based on your priorities for the show.
