Show services such as electricity, internet, rigging, material handling, and booth cleaning are not included and are paid directly to the official show contractor

Most APSCON exhibitors should start the process about 6–8 weeks before the show. That gives enough time to finalize the booth design, confirm what products or equipment will be displayed, approve graphics, and prepare for production without rushing. It also allows time for a pre-show trial run and for placing show service orders like electrical and internet before deadline pricing increases. Starting early makes the process smoother and gives your team more time to focus on demos, messaging, and show planning.
We handle booth shipping and logistics from start to finish. Your booth is transported from our facility to the Broward County Convention Center using our own fleet of trucks, which gives us better control over timing and handling. After the show, we also manage the return shipment. Our team coordinates with the show contractor, delivery schedules, and move-in details so your booth arrives on time and is ready for installation as planned. This keeps the process more organized and reduces last-minute issues for your team.
We manage both installation and dismantle so your team does not have to coordinate the booth setup on its own. Our crew oversees the process on-site, works with union labor where required, and makes sure each part of the booth is installed correctly and on schedule. After the show, we handle the teardown and move-out process in an organized way so the booth comes down smoothly and your team can focus on wrapping up the event instead of dealing with logistics.
Yes. We support exhibitors at events like Airborne Law Enforcement Association regional events, DRONERESPONDERS Public Safety Summit, IACP and AUVSI XPONENTIAL. If you exhibit across multiple shows, we can plan booth designs that work across them.
Our standard payment schedule is split into two stages. 60% of the total project value is due when the quote is approved, which allows us to begin design planning and production preparation. The remaining 40% is due after your graphics are approved and the booth moves into final production. This keeps the process clear and helps keep your APSCON booth on schedule.
If a project is cancelled post signing, but before production begins – a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project value applies. If the cancellation happens after production has already started, the full project value becomes payable because materials, graphics, and fabrication work will already be in progress. This policy helps cover work already committed to the project.
