Our exhibit rental packages generally cover the booth structure, flooring, and printed graphics using your artwork, along with rental furniture like counters, tables, stools, shelving, lighting, and screens. They also include logistics such as shipping to and from the venue, installation and dismantle, end-to-end project management, and a pre-show trial build. Services like electricity, internet, rigging, material handling, and cleaning are not included and are paid directly to the show contractor.

Installation and dismantle schedules are provided in the exhibitor service manual for the event. As your booth partner, we coordinate these timelines and books labor if required. We handle these arrangements and ensure the booth is installed within the assigned move-in window.

The booth is packed, shipped, and delivered to the convention center according to show guidelines. We manage shipping schedules, material handling forms, and delivery coordination so the booth arrives on time and reaches the correct booth space.

Digital screens are often mounted on demo counters or integrated into the main graphic wall. They are ideal for showing dashboards, product walkthroughs, and case studies. Proper placement ensures visitors can see the screen clearly without crowding the aisle.

Branding can appear on back walls, counters, hanging signs, digital displays, and flooring. Consistent colors, typography, and messaging make the booth recognizable from a distance and reinforce your company identity throughout the space.

Our payment schedule is divided into two parts. We require 60% of the total project cost when the quote is approved so we can begin design and production planning. The remaining 40% is due once the graphics are approved and the booth moves into final production. This keeps the process straightforward and helps keep the project on track.

Yes. We can work with companies across the debt collection, receivables, and fintech space that exhibit at ACA Convention and similar industry events. We also provide booth rentals for exhibitors participating in shows such as Money20/20 and The MoneyShow.
