Position: Audio Visual Technician

Location: San Diego, CA

Job Description: We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented audio-visual technician to join our team. The responsibilities of the audio-visual technician include setting up LED Walls, TV Walls, touchscreens, speakers, microphones, maintaining an inventory of AV equipment, internal transfers of equipment to other locations and traveling to show site to assist in all AV equipment installations among others. To be successful as an audio-visual technician, you should have experience transporting, assembling, operating, and troubleshooting equipment used for multimedia production. A great audio-visual technician is creative, flexible, and detail-oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, packing and assembling media equipment and audio-visual support tools, including LED Walls, TV Walls, speakers, monitors, microphones, touchscreens, etc.
  • Setting up and performing electrical/data wiring, programming, and basic construction according to layout diagrams and schedules.
  • Traveling to show site to install and troubleshooting any problems that arise.
  • Meeting clients’ standards by handling equipment malfunctions and executing a flawless event.
  • Work etiquette and attention to detail.
  • Disassembling equipment, wiring, and support tools in a safe manner.
  • Performing and maintaining inventory management on equipment, wiring, and accessories.
  • Carrying out any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs on audio-visual equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in audio visual technology or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Nova LCT software and Nova star video processor VX600, VX1000.
  • Strong working knowledge of audio-visual editing equipment and software.
  • Excellent computer and troubleshooting skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Physical fitness to transport and set up heavy equipment.
  • Good hearing and eyesight.

Position: Graphic Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Description: We are looking to hire a Graphics Manager. The candidate will have experience creating artwork design while balancing multiple concurrent projects. This position is responsible for working with customers directly to understand their graphic needs their graphic needs for the tradeshow. This a non-supervisory position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message for the customers.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for customers.
  • Produce designs for print ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to tradeshow exhibit projects.
  • Incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
  • Meet with the project weekly organised prioritize team, responsibilities and scope of authority for various projects.
  • Maintain and update standards for graphic and sign production processes.
  • Schedule and manage graphic production orders and work orders.
  • Work closely with clients to interpret client needs and develop appropriate graphic panels.
  • Focus on success metrics such as accuracy, timeliness, quality, and volumne.
  • Communicate regularly with other departments to ensure proactive open communication.
  • In line with the customers tradeshow needs and make booth graphic panels into print ready files.
  • Develop graphic panels and creating print ready files for production.

Requirements or equivalent experience –

  • Atleast 7-10 years of relevant graphic design &/or adaptation and prepress experience is must.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Graphic Design or related (or an equivalent of demonstration knowledge and experience) would be an added advantage.
  • Self starter with exceptional follow through and great attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deliverables at a given time.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Position: Vinyl Applicator & Print Specialist

Location: San Diego, CA

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Vinyl Applicator & Print Specialist to join our San Diego-based graphics production team that supports the design and build of high-impact trade show exhibits. This role requires hands-on experience with the Roland TrueVIS VG3-540 and Ricoh Pro 16H, as well as strong vinyl application skills on a wide variety of exhibit surfaces. You will collaborate with production teams to produce flawless, large-format graphics that bring branded environments to life.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Roland TrueVIS VG3-540 wide-format printer for exhibit-quality output
• Coordinate with the graphic managers to prepare and optimize print-ready files
• Execute accurate color calibration, media setup, and routine machine maintenance
• Cut, weed, laminate, and apply vinyl to exhibit elements including panels, headers, counters, kiosks, and custom displays
• Ensure proper alignment and adhesion for clean, professional application on various substrates
• Perform quality checks on all output for resolution, color consistency, and finish
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage inventory of vinyl rolls, media, and tools
• Maintain all tools and ensure graphics equipment is always production-ready.

Required Qualifications:

. 2+ years of professional experience in vinyl application and wide-format digital printing
• Proven experience operating the Roland TrueVIS VG3-540 printer is required
• Working knowledge of RIP software (e.g., VersaWorks), color management, and ICC profiling
• Familiarity with graphic materials and substrates common to the trade show industry (PVC, Sintra, aluminum, laminates, acrylics)
• Ability to interpret shop drawings, CAD layouts, and design files with precision
• Physically capable of lifting panels, standing for long periods, and performing detailed application tasks
• Highly detail-oriented with an eye for color accuracy, registration, and finish
• Experience in a trade show exhibit house or sign production environment preferred
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production setting

Position: Junior Project Manager

Location: San Diego, CA

Job Description: We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to coordinate various projects such as tradeshows, events, conferences and other customer related events. The junior project manager will oversee the project and coordinate with other cross functional teams and implement schedules and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Have experience being primary contact for clients. This involves after initial contract close, to show site delivery and post-show reporting.
  • Able to take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction when in an account manager role as well as a production role.
  • Familiarity with rules of various General Contractor Decoration companies and ensure that forms are submitted before deadline dates.
  • Audio/Visual knowledge preferred. Robust understanding of AV components and their integration into exhibit booths is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Exhibit House show site production guidelines.
  • Understanding of local labor sources (Union or casual labor) across the United States to ensure work is completed to company standards.
  • Ability to read/interpret CAD diagrams to ensure proper building code and safety is maintained.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
  • Understanding of MHA and logistics for inbound and outbound freight to show site.
  • Multiple Project Coordination.
  • Show Coordination (1-6 booths desired).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent) in related field (Preferred not a requirement)
  • 0-2 Advanced customer service, communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Including outbound client calls that enhance the customer experience and overall product offering.
  • 3-5 Years Exhibit Show Site Experience
  • 1-2 Years Exhibit House Fabrication Experience
  • 2-4 Years Audio/Visual Experience
  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) (Not Required)
