Exhibit Rentals to Showcase Chemical Engineering Advancements

June 9-10, 2026 | George R. Brown Convention Center, Houston

ChemE Show 2026 is where chemical engineers, process technology buyers, pharma facility planners, and energy-sector investors are comparing solutions fast, having technical conversations at the booth, and moving to follow-up within days. Your booth has to support live demos of process equipment, give your team space for real conversations. We design and build trade show booth rentals for ChemE Show 2026 engineered for exactly that.

  • Process Technology Demo Layouts: We build demo zones with the power access and floor reinforcement your setup actually needs, and sight lines that pull people in.
  • Investor and Buyer Meeting Zones: We build meeting areas that feel separate from the floor — enough privacy to have a real conversation.
  • High-Visibility Branding for a Compact Show Floor: We design overhead signage, backwall graphics, and aisle-facing displays so people can spot your booth from across the hall.

Frequently Asked Questions

A 10×10 starts at $6,250, a 20×20 at $20,800, and a 30×30 at $30,800. These are starting points — a 20×20 with custom demo zones, premium finishes, or integrated AV can go up to $80,000 depending on complexity. One quote covers design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation, and dismantling. No post-show reconciliation.

Rent if you want flexibility, exhibit fewer than 4 times a year, or change messaging between shows. Buy if you’re doing 4+ shows annually with stable branding and want to own the asset. Either way, factor in storage, shipping, I&D, and maintenance — not just the upfront build cost. We can help you run the numbers before you decide.

Our rental covers design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, AV, shipping, installation, dismantling, and project management. What you pay the show contractor separately includes drayage, on-site electrical, rigging, internet, and cleaning. We coordinate all the formalities — you pay the organizer directly without any markups from us.

Rental doesn’t mean off-the-shelf. Our system uses modular structures that support custom graphics, counter shapes, storage configurations, lighting, and AV integration. The starting point is your goals and your footprint — we use our modular structures to give you a design that’s built for you. It’s a hybrid, custom-modular approach.

For a custom rental display for ChemE, 10–14 weeks is a workable window. Experienced exhibitors start 3–6 months out — especially for larger footprints or shows with tight move-in schedules. We can do faster builds depending on design complexity and customization, but earlier starts mean more room for design iterations and a full pre-show trial build.

The rental package covers design, graphics, fabrication, shipping, installation, dismantle, and project management — no surprises on our end. What gets billed separately are venue-side costs: drayage, on-site electrical, rigging if you have overhead signage, and internet. These go directly to the show’s general contractor. We’ll tell you exactly what to expect for ChemE before you sign anything.

In-house production capability, crews in the cities where you exhibit, a dedicated project manager on every job, and a clear answer to what happens if something goes wrong on-site. Ask specifically: do you build in-house or outsource? Who’s on the floor during setup? Will there be any additional charges after the show? The answers tell you as much as a portfolio does.

Companies at ChemE often also exhibit at ACHEMA in Frankfurt, INTERPHEX, and CHEM SHOW — events that draw a similar buyer profile across chemical engineering and process industries. If you’re building a multi-show calendar, we can design a booth that ships efficiently across shows and refreshes graphics between them without a full rebuild. Worth planning together from the start.
