Our booth rental packages for PeriOP Leader Week typically include the booth structure, flooring, printed graphics based on your artwork, and rental furniture such as counters, tables, stools, shelving, lighting, and screens. The package also covers round-trip shipping, installation and dismantle, project management, and a pre-show trial run before shipping. Services ordered through the show, such as electricity, internet, rigging, material handling, and booth cleaning, are not included and are paid directly to the official show contractor.

Installation and dismantle schedules are assigned by show management. We coordinate the timeline with the venue and union labor teams. We handle these arrangements so your team does not need to manage the logistics.

Your booth components are packed and shipped from our fabrication facility to the advance warehouse. Once they arrive, show-site materials are delivered to your booth space during setup. Our logistics team manages the entire process using our own fleet of trucks.

Branding can appear on back walls, counters, overhead signage, and digital screens. Consistent colors, messaging, and graphics help visitors immediately recognize your company. A well-planned layout ensures branding remains visible from multiple aisles.

Our standard payment structure is split into two stages. 60% of the total project cost is due upon approval of the design and quotation, which allows us to begin production. The remaining 40% is due after your graphics are finalized and the project moves into fabrication. This keeps the process clear and ensures your booth stays on schedule.
