PROBLEM
PROBLEM
For ISTE 2025, Brisk Teaching wanted an exhibit that felt less like a trade show booth and more like a backyard barbecue. Their challenge was to create an indoor space that captured the vibe and energy of an outdoor gathering while staying fully visible from every aisle.
The booth needed distinct zones for demos, games, and conversations, but still feel cohesive and stress-free to manage, so the team could focus on connecting with educators.
SOLUTION
SOLUTION
Team at Exponents Dallas transformed Brisk Teaching’s 30×30 space into the Brisk-It Barbeque.
A glowing marquee arch framed by string lights and rustic fencing set a welcoming tone. Inside, turf flooring, picnic tables, and brick-textured walls pulled the theme together.
The distinct zones gave the booth structure: a central demo area, neon-lit photo booth, prize wheel, and playful yard games.
RESULT
RESULT
The booth became a true destination at ISTE. Educators were drawn in by the inviting design, engaged with continuous demos and interactive features, and left with a lasting impression of Brisk’s brand.
With its open flow, cohesive theme, and staff dressed in cow aprons, the booth struck the perfect balance between functionality and wow factor—delivering exactly what the client envisioned: a space that felt like a gathering rather than a booth.
Booth Highlights
A cozy seating zone that ditched boring tables for a backyard vibe.
A prize wheel that kept the crowd spinning — and smiling.

In Their Own Words:
Brisk Teaching at ISTE
When I say I had the best booth at my most recent conference, I mean it! I had people asking me who built it left and right and, selfishly, I didn’t want to provide the info! I fully trust exponents will carry out my trade show presence from start to finish, and I look forward to the events I get to do with them because it’s a huge stress relief (setting up conferences manually is tough!). They brought a level of creativity to my last project that I couldn’t have imaged any better. I’ve done about 10 projects with them thus far and absolutely would recommend!

FAQ
Because attendees don’t want another generic booth setup. Brisk Teaching wanted people to feel relaxed, welcomed, and curious. By creating a booth that felt like a backyard hangout instead of a conventional exhibit space, they gave visitors a reason to stop, smile, and stay.
Ask anyone who has walked into their booth for the first time on show day—it’s stressful. A full pre-build removes that risk.
This trial run took place at our Dallas trade show booth facility, where every booth is built and tested before it ever reaches the show floor.
You can’t rely on chance foot traffic. Outward-facing graphics, branded shelves, and screens aimed at the aisles made Brisk Teaching’s booth visible from every direction. Smart visibility is what turns a booth from “just another stand” into a clear destination.
Absolutely—if they’re tied to your brand story. For Brisk Teaching, the spin wheel and neon photo wall weren’t just fun; they were booth engagement ideas that broke the ice. They helped visitors interact naturally, leading to more meaningful product conversations.
Think of it like hosting a great event. You need spaces to talk, play, and move comfortably. Brisk Teaching’s trade show booth layout included a demo theater, game area, and seating zones—all segmented but tied together with turf flooring, fencing, and lighting. The flow felt intentional, not chaotic.
You don’t need the largest space to have the most impactful booth. What you need is a cohesive story, a functional design, and a partner who tests every detail before show day. That’s how Brisk Teaching turned a 30×30 booth into one of ISTE’s most talked-about destinations.
