Our AHE Exchange rental package includes design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, AV, shipping, installation, dismantling, and project management. Costs billed separately by the show contractor typically cover drayage (material handling), on-site electrical, rigging (if required), internet, and cleaning. We handle all coordination and formalities, while you pay the organizer directly with no added markup from our side.

For a custom booth display, a 10–14 week timeline is ideal for AHE Exchange. Most experienced exhibitors begin planning 3–6 months in advance—especially for larger booths or shows with tight move-in schedules. Faster timelines can be accommodated based on the design, location, and level of customization required.

We accept print-ready files in AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution TIFF formats. You’ll receive templates with precise dimensions for your booth to ensure accurate production without scaling issues. If your files aren’t print-ready, we’ll review and flag them early to prevent any production delays or errors.

We manage the entire installation and dismantling schedule according to the show’s official move-in and move-out timelines. Your booth is installed within the assigned setup window and dismantled after the event, so you don’t have to coordinate labor or manage on-site crews yourself.

Rental doesn’t mean off-the-shelf. Our system is built on modular structures that allow for fully customized graphics, counter designs, storage solutions, lighting, and AV integration. We can even combine elements from multiple layouts to create hybrid designs tailored to your specific vision.
