Exponents Insta USA Inc. received the ExSys People’s Choice Award (Silver) for the design and fabrication of EGYM’s 50×50 exhibit at Health & Fitness Association (HFA) 2025. The award recognizes exhibits that combine striking design, efficient use of space and the ability to connect with audiences on the show floor. 

A Booth Designed for Maximum Impact

From March 12–14, 2025, at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, EGYM presented its latest fitness technology in a high-visibility space. The exhibit drew consistent traffic and encouraged extended visitor engagement.

Key Design Features That Engaged Attendees

The booth layout and build were tailored to showcase EGYM’s brand while facilitating interaction:

• Overhead Branding – A bold hanging structure with a clean EGYM logo and dynamic displays visible across the hall.
• High-Definition LED Walls – LED walls (19.5’ x 19.5’) displayed dynamic content to attract attention from multiple directions.
• Living Moss Wall – Introduced natural texture and reinforced the brand’s focus on wellness.
• Dedicated Demo Zones – The Gameday Area and Quad Area featured fully operational smart fitness equipment for hands-on demonstrations.
• Hospitality Area – A cafe with espresso service created a comfortable environment for networking.
• Backlit Architectural Elements – Illuminated framing guided visitor flow and elevated the booth’s visual appeal.

The People’s Choice Award is based on attendee votes, making it a direct measure of the booth’s real-world impact. The EGYM space stood out not just for its visual presence but for its ability to keep visitors engaged and moving
